  My daughter broke her glasses. I came in yesterday to check and see if they were still under warranty. There wasn't any customers in the center and there was two techs talking to each other. The one gal that i spoke with helped look up the warranty which they were still covered but her frames were supposedly discontinued. I asked her what I would need to do to get them replaced and she didn't have any answers. Fast forward to today, I called another Walmart vision center and found out that I given the wrong info yesterday, the frames were not discontinued and they were in stock and on the shelves.
  
  No wonder this center has suck low rating. Customer service sucks.
