  I can see why at times others are frustrated. However they got me from being a complete nutcase and major alcoholic and addict added with being homless. To complete recovery, an apartment, and helped me with the treatment and counseling I need even though at first I fought hard because I didn't think I needed their help.
  
  If you expect them to do everything for you this is not the place!!!! You need to work for your recovery. Work with your case managers and doctors and don't be afraid to push back if you feel something is off. You might have to call several times as they are very busy. It's a government agency and you still what you pay for... Wich is nothing. It is free services. And for that you have to learn te red tape to work around some of the road blocks. But that is life. It is what being alive is about.
  
  I am forever grateful for the services I received here and to my treatment team... You guys and gals rock. You saved my life when I thought there was no hope you delivered hope to me. I can't express how grateful I am. Thank you so much!!!!
