  Ordered a cheeseburger, cooked rare... Twenty minutes later, still no burger. Five minutes later, burger comes, cooked into oblivion - dryer than well done. Showed the bartender, she apologized and sent it back. Fifteen minutes later, back comes the burger... with the same onion rings from the first burger and the same lettuce and tomato - ice cold rings, lettuce wilted. REALLY? Bartender was hugely apologetic, again. Not your fault, I said, but IT IS the kitchen's. She wiped the bill of a couple of sodas and an order of mozzarella sticks. I tipped her $10 for her service. But two of the owners were there and they wouldn't even make eye contact. In a nutshell - Phillys is awful.

  I really enjoy this place for a casual beer and some bar food. The wings are well above average especially with the garlic buffalo sauce. They recently upgraded their beer selection with many more taps at the outdoor bar. The patio is large and fun during sporting events. Plenty of TVs outside. Very good neighborhood bar!
