  Great experience once again at the Tempe Location. I have been saving up for a family vacation for over two years. The car I reserved over two months in advance was no longer available. I needed this particular car due to the fact all my children have very long legs. The supervisor I wish I can remember her name right now took very good care of me and my Husband. My Husband had been calling in and even went to the location prior our reservation to make sure we had the correct car. He did not have a very good experience with the weekend call center. But the supervisor at that Tempe Location took care of us!!!! made sure we had a car that everyone would be comfortable in and kept my reservation price because I was really on a budget and could not afford the upgrade. This women made my day. I will update this review once I get her name she needs a shoot out!!!!!!
