  My husband took my favorite recliner to them to re-stuff the headrest, the sitting cushion and the foot rest. They stuffed the cushions way too full and the chair is now unbelievably uncomfortable. The headrest is so stiff that my back is not flush with the headrest. I am extremely disappointed. I sat in this recliner during cancer treatment and it was always so comforting, now I can't sit or sleep in it at all. I only hope they will redo the job without charging us the full price.
