  I was looking for a bike as was a family member and after seeing these reviews I thought, "Let's check it out!". While my experience wasn't bad, it was far from Five-Star. The gentleman there made me feel like an inconvenience. He wasn't very helpful or informative either. He was stand-offish doing his own thing. He just didn't seem like he wanted to help us. I was very disappointed in the overall service.
  
  The bikes, however, look amazing and are well built. I was able to test ride the UFO and fat cruiser and they were pretty awesome.
