  I have never been happy with Alaskan, new management or not. Raising rates instead of a customer service discount for customer retention is not going to raise your business perception. Tyler did a great job today 5/2/18. I was not on the roof with him, but believe he did what he said he did. I am not sure he people they have sent in the past have done anything they say they have done. But I am stuck with Alaskan because I have an air conditioner they installed. That is why most of the people are still with them. When you have no trust in the company and the company continues to perform in the same way what would you expect.
